Campaign Services Purchase Agreement

This Campaign Services Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you, the customer identified by the signature below ("you", "Customer"), and Lead2Client, the operator of the Go Live platform ("Go Live", "we", "us"). It governs your purchase of a Go Live subscription and managed advertising services. The Go Live Terms of Service (published at /terms, version 2026-07-02) are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and apply in full. By signing below you agree to this Agreement and to the Terms of Service.
1. What You Are Buying
Your monthly subscription sets how many ad campaigns you can run at one time on the Go Live platform. Ad spend is separate: you prepay it into your Go Live wallet, a 10% management fee applies to each deposit, and the remainder funds your ads on the advertising platform.
Go Live is a marketing technology service for licensed insurance professionals. It is not an insurance company and does not sell insurance products.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Advertising performance varies. Lead volume, cost per lead, contact rates, appointment rates, and sales outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your licensed states, your budget, advertising platform behavior, seasonality, and your own follow-up with leads.
We commit to building and managing your campaigns using industry best practices. We do not commit to any specific outcome, volume, or cost.
Any performance figures shown in the campaign catalog or anywhere else on the platform, including aggregate cost-per-lead figures and historical results, are informational only. They describe past performance across other accounts and are not a promise or projection of your results.
3. Billing Authorization
By signing, you authorize Go Live to charge your payment method the recurring subscription fee for the plan you selected, at the price shown at checkout, each billing period until you cancel.
You also authorize charges for the wallet deposits you initiate in the app. Wallet deposits are prepaid ad spend funds. A 10% management fee is applied to each deposit, as shown in the app at the time of deposit.
4. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already billed.
The 10% management fee on ad spend deposits is non-refundable once the deposit is made.
Ad spend funds that have already been spent with the advertising platform are non-refundable. That money has left the wallet and been paid to the ad platform on your behalf.
Eligible unused wallet cash is refundable through the refund process in the app. When you request a refund, active campaigns are paused and in-flight ad spend is settled first, so the refunded amount reflects your final settled balance. Bonus or promotional credits have no cash value and are never refundable.
5. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you have any concern about a charge, you agree to contact us first through the support contact in your dashboard and give us 10 business days to investigate and resolve it. Nearly every billing issue is resolved this way, faster than a card dispute.
You agree not to initiate a card dispute or chargeback for charges you authorized under this signed Agreement without first completing the step above. Initiating a chargeback on an authorized charge without contacting us first is a breach of this Agreement.
If you breach this section, we may suspend or terminate your services and recover the amounts owed, including dispute fees and the reasonable costs of responding to the dispute.
You acknowledge that the signature record created when you sign this Agreement, including your typed legal name, email address, IP address, device details, the date and time of signing, confirmation that you viewed this document in full, and a cryptographic fingerprint of this exact document text, will be retained by Go Live and submitted as evidence to payment processors and card networks in any dispute.
6. Service Terms, Compliance, and Cancellation
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to the disclaimers and limitations in the Terms of Service.
You confirm that you are a licensed insurance professional and that you are solely responsible for maintaining your licenses and for your own compliance in contacting and selling to leads, as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Service (Lead Use and Regulatory Compliance).
Either party may cancel the subscription going forward at any time. Cancellation stops future billing periods; you are not charged again after your current paid period ends, and your access continues through the end of that period.
7. Electronic Signature
Typing your full legal name below and checking the agreement box constitutes your electronic signature. You agree that this electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, and you consent to doing business with us electronically.
A SHA-256 fingerprint of this exact document version is stored with your signature so the text you signed can be verified at any later time.
By signing, I acknowledge:
- Results are not guaranteed. Lead volume and cost vary.
- The 10% management fee on ad spend is non-refundable.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
- Ad funds already spent with the ad platform are non-refundable.
- No chargebacks. I will contact Go Live first with any billing concern and allow 10 business days to resolve it.
