Go Live

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Go Live, operated by Lead2Client (“Go Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Go Live is a managed advertising and lead-delivery platform for licensed insurance agents and agencies. We help you run advertising campaigns (including through Meta/Facebook), and we route resulting sales leads to you. The Services include campaign management, wallet funding and billing, lead delivery, and related tools.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You represent that you are a properly licensed insurance agent or agency, or are otherwise authorized to receive and use insurance leads, and that you will comply with all laws applicable to your use of the leads.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing, Wallet, and Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for campaign ad spend, management fees, and other amounts you incur. Wallet balances fund your campaigns; campaigns may be throttled, paused, or stopped when balances are low. Fees and rates are as presented in the Services and may be updated with notice.

Refunds, where offered, are subject to our refund process, which may include throttling or stopping campaigns, a cool-off period, and reconciliation of trailing ad spend before a refund is finalized.

5. Lead Data and Acceptable Use

When we deliver leads to you, you receive personal information about prospective customers (“Lead Data”). You agree to:

  • Use Lead Data only for lawful insurance sales and servicing purposes consistent with the consent the lead provided.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and rules, including the TCPA, telemarketing and do-not-call rules, CAN-SPAM, state insurance regulations, and applicable privacy laws.
  • Honor opt-out, deletion, and do-not-contact requests, and maintain appropriate safeguards for Lead Data.
  • Not resell, redistribute, or misuse Lead Data, and not use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications.

You are solely responsible for your communications with and treatment of leads after delivery. Additional obligations for regulated product lines are in Section 6.

6. Lead Use and Regulatory Compliance

Go Live generates and delivers leads. What you do with them is your sales business, and the regulatory compliance that goes with it is yours. This section applies to every lead we deliver, in every product vertical we offer now or later.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for regulatory compliance in your use of leads and in all of your sales activity. That includes holding an active insurance license, and any required carrier appointment, in the state where the lead is located before you contact or sell to that lead. Delivering a lead to you is not a representation by us that you may lawfully sell to that lead, and we do not verify your licensing on a per-lead basis.

Medicare leads

If you receive Medicare-related leads through the Services (including Medicare Advantage or Part D), you are responsible for every CMS and third-party marketing organization (TPMO) requirement that applies to your role, including without limitation:

  • Recording your sales, marketing, and enrollment calls with beneficiaries in their entirety and retaining those recordings for the full period CMS requires.
  • Delivering the required TPMO disclaimer and all other required disclosures on your calls and in your own materials.
  • Obtaining and documenting a Scope of Appointment before discussing plan details.
  • Meeting your obligations to the carriers and upline organizations in your enrollment chain, including contracting, oversight, and reporting requirements.

Go Live provides the lead-generation disclosures required on its own funnels and landing pages. Once a lead is delivered, your calls, appointments, and enrollments are your own sales process, and its compliance is your own.

Annuity and IUL leads

If you receive annuity, indexed universal life, or other retirement-product leads through the Services, you are responsible for:

  • Product-identity disclosure: telling the consumer clearly what product you are presenting, that it is an insurance product, and which insurer issues it.
  • Suitability and best-interest obligations under the NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation and the equivalent rules of the lead’s state, including any required needs analysis and documentation.
  • Any broker-dealer or investment-adviser review and supervision duties that apply to you if you are dually registered.

No government affiliation

You will not represent, state, or imply that Go Live, its funnels, its brands, or you are Medicare, CMS, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency, or that any of them endorses or is affiliated with any of the above. Our funnels carry the required non-affiliation disclosures. Do not undermine them in your follow-up.

Indemnification for sales practices

In addition to Section 12 (Indemnification), you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Live and its affiliates from any claim, regulatory action, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your sales practices, including violations of CMS or TPMO requirements, suitability or best-interest rules, licensing requirements, or telemarketing laws.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Services depend on third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook for advertising, Stripe for payments, and other providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policy changes of third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content (excluding Lead Data and your own content), are owned by Go Live or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, and is incorporated into these Terms. For data deletion, see our Data Deletion instructions.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any particular volume, quality, or conversion rate of leads, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Live and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Live and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your use of Lead Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for other operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Go Live is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
