Go Live

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 28, 2026

1. Who We Are

Go Live (“Go Live,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a managed advertising and lead-delivery platform operated by Lead2Client. We help licensed insurance agents and agencies run advertising campaigns and receive sales leads. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). For questions, contact us at support@lead2clientcrm.com.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Data

When you create an account or use the Services, we collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, login credentials managed through our authentication provider, profile details (including headshot and agency information), campaign preferences, and your communications with us.

b. Lead Data (including data received from Meta/Facebook Lead Ads)

A core function of the Services is delivering sales leads to insurance agents. As part of running advertising campaigns on your behalf, we receive lead information from advertising platforms — most notably Meta/Facebook Lead Ads — and from landing pages and funnels. This Lead Datais personal information about prospective customers (the “leads”) and may include their name, phone number, email address, postal/ZIP code, state, date of birth, age, gender, and answers to questionnaire fields relevant to insurance (for example coverage amount requested, existing coverage, beneficiary information, and similar details).

We act as a service provider/processor that receives this Lead Data and routes it to the agent or agency who paid for the corresponding campaign. Agents are independent businesses responsible for their own use of Lead Data once it is delivered.

c. Payment Data

We use Stripe to process payments, wallet funding, and billing. Stripe collects and processes your payment card and billing details directly. We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain limited billing records such as transaction amounts, dates, status, and the last four digits or card brand where provided by Stripe.

d. Usage and Device Data

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interactions with the Services, along with cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to operate and improve the Services.

3. How We Use Information

  • To deliver leads to insurance agents who have paid for the relevant advertising campaigns.
  • To manage and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of agents, including with Meta/Facebook.
  • To create, authenticate, and secure your account.
  • To process payments, fund and reconcile wallet balances, issue refunds, and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing at any time).
  • To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Meta Platform Data Compliance

When we run lead-generation campaigns through Meta/Facebook, our access to and use of data obtained from Meta’s platforms is governed by the applicable Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Lead Ads terms. We use Meta Platform data only to deliver and support the advertising and lead-delivery Services described in this policy.

  • We do not sell Meta Platform data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to delivering leads and managing the campaigns you have authorized.
  • We do not use Meta Platform data to build user profiles for unrelated advertising, to make eligibility decisions outside the requested insurance context, or for surveillance purposes.
  • We retain Meta-sourced Lead Data only as long as needed to deliver it to the relevant agent and to meet the retention purposes described in Section 7, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
  • If you are a lead and wish to have your Meta-sourced data deleted, see our Data Deletion instructions.

5. How We Share Information

We share information in the following ways:

  • With agents/agencies: Lead Data is delivered to the agent or agency that paid for the corresponding campaign.
  • With sub-processors: service providers that help us operate the Services (see Section 6).
  • For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Go Live, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Sub-Processors

We rely on the following third-party sub-processors to provide the Services. Each processes personal information only as needed to perform its function and under contractual data-protection obligations.

Sub-processorPurpose

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering leads, operating the Services, complying with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Lead Data is retained for the period needed to deliver it and support the agent relationship, and is then deleted or de-identified. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time.

To exercise these rights — including requesting deletion of Lead Data — follow our Data Deletion instructions or email support@lead2clientcrm.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. If we process your data on behalf of an agent (as a processor), we may direct your request to that agent.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

11. International Users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
