Data Deletion Instructions

Overview

Go Live, operated by Lead2Client, respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including account data for agents and lead data received from advertising platforms such as Meta/Facebook Lead Ads (for example name, phone number, and email address).

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal information, email us at support@lead2clientcrm.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:

• Your full name.
• The email address and/or phone number associated with your data.
• Whether you are an agent/account holder or a lead (a person who submitted information through an ad, funnel, or form).
• Any additional detail that helps us locate your records (for example the campaign or ad where you submitted your information).

To help us protect your data, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing the request.

What Happens Next

• We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity.
• We will delete or de-identify the personal information we hold about you, including data sourced from Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance purposes).
• We will aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.

Leads: Data Already Delivered to an Agent

A core function of Go Live is delivering leads to independent insurance agents and agencies. If your information was already delivered to an agent, that agent is an independent business and a separate controller of your data. We will delete your information from our systems and, where appropriate, direct your request to the agent who received it. To fully remove your information, you may also need to contact that agent directly.

Meta/Facebook Lead Ads Data

If you submitted your information through a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad, your deletion request covers the data we received from that platform. Our use of Meta Platform data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may also manage your data and permissions directly within your Facebook account settings.
